Welcome to Mili’s Czech Cookies! We are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and safely as possible.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after your order is placed.
During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly delayed.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
Estimated delivery times:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package.
Shipping Areas
We currently ship within the United States. At this time there is No international shipping.
Incorrect Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Mili’s Czech Cookies is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at milisczechcookies@yahoo.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
Food Product Notice
Because our cookies are handmade food products, shipping times and temperatures may affect freshness. We package all products carefully to help maintain quality during transit.
